Positive affirmations are a long-standing practice for us who need a little extra encouragement on a daily basis, and the best part is-they are free and flexible! You can write on sticky notes and paste them in the mirror, or encourage them on the go with the memo app on your mobile phone. Or you can remember your favorites and speak out when you're uncertain.
